During the summer period, order fulfillment times for customized items (cases or screen-printed products) may be subject to changes.

We guarantee fulfillment within the month of August for all orders with approved print proofs by July 15.

For all other cases, production will be handled starting from the last week of August, and fulfillment times will run from that date.

Please also note that, until September 11, customer service will be available until 5:00 PM on Fridays.
