For the past year, people have been talking about Maskne. The term comes from the combination of mask and acne and it indicates all those skin issues related to the prolonged use of the mask. Not only pimples and blackheads but also redness and general irritations are the leitmotif of Maskne: this is due to the low air circulation on the face and the continuous rubbing of the mask on the skin.
