- the pulp of half an avocado
- 1 teaspoon of jojoba oil or almond oil
- 1 teaspoon of honey.
Mix the mashed pulp of half an avocado with honey and add one teaspoon of jojoba or almond oil. Once you got a homogeneous mixture, apply the mask on dry cleansed skin, leave on for 15 minutes and then rinse with warm water. It is important to cleanse our face almost every day, or at least with regularity, preferably using natural ingredients that we can find in our home. We want to give you a recipe to prepare a scrub mask to cleanse the skin from smog and make up. What we need is:
- almonds
- half a jar of natural yogurt.
Chop the almonds finely and mix them with natural yogurt in order to get a rich and nourishing mixture. Apply the scrub on your face skin, leave it on for 10 minutes and then rinse with a gentle massage. Natural lip scrub based on sugar and honey

- 2 tablespoons of sugar

- half a glass of green clay
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- half a glass of mineral water
- lavender essential oil
- green tea.
Put honey, oil and water at ambient temperature in a cup. Slowly add clay and mix all the ingredients with a wooden spoon until you get a homogeneous compound. Apply it on your face and leave it on for 15 minutes. For a toning effect and a more relaxed skin, you can rinse with green tea cooled for 20 minutes. Green clay is used in different fields in the cosmetic world because it is a multifunctional natural remedy for our beauty: it fights skin aging, provides an anti-inflammatory effect and purifies the skin from toxins and impurities. This lotion can be used more than once, but you need to store it in a fresh and dry place. You have to add water every time you use it if the cream is dry. - 40 gr of shea butter
- 25 gr of almond oil
- 5 gr of cocoa butter
- 20 drops of lavender essential oil.

- 200 gr of coarse sea salt
- 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of nutmeg
- 2-3 chopped cloves

After crushing the cloves, just add them to the other spices and salt. Mix the ingredients and then add the vanilla essential oil. Once immersed in the bath, in fact, the combination of sodium bicarbonate and citric acid produce a chemical reaction similar to an effervescent explosion. Spreading in the water enveloping fragrances and a soft colored foam, are a real spectacle not only for the sense of smell but also for the sight!

- 200 gr of baking soda
- 100 gr of cornstarch
- 100 gr of citric acid
- 2-3 teaspoons of coconut oil
- 20 drops of essential oil (relaxing with lavender and ylang-ylang, stimulating with sweet orange and bergamot, spiced with cloves and cinnamon)
- natural or food colors.
To prepare them, combine baking soda and cornstarch with the citric acid. Separately, melt your combination of essential oils in coconut oil, which makes the skin softer and hydrated. Incorporate the scented oil with the dry ingredients, and finally add the food colors (better if matched with the essence). Work the mix with your hands, spraying a few drops of water until you get a uniform and compact consistency. Press the portioned mixture with a spoon into ice cube trays or silicone molds. Then put the ice cube trays in the fridge for a couple of hours, and here are our DIY bath bombs!
