During the summer period, order fulfillment times for customized items (cases or screen-printed products) may be subject to changes.

We guarantee fulfillment within the month of August for all orders with approved print proofs by July 15.

For all other cases, production will be handled starting from the last week of August, and fulfillment times will run from that date.

We would like to inform you that on Monday, August 3, our warehouse will be closed. Therefore, no orders will be processed and no pickups will be available. Regular operations will resume on the next business day.

In addition, until September 11, our Customer Service team will be available on Fridays until 5:00 PM.
