Terms and Conditions
1. Organizer, Period, and Scope of Validity
The "Presale" promotion (the "Promotion"), organized by Premi S.p.A., a sole-shareholder company with registered office in Via Gera 16/18, 20060 Gessate (MI), Tax Code and VAT number 09313920960 (the "Organizer"), is valid for purchases made exclusively online on the website www.stocksmetic.com (the "Site") during the period between June 27, 2025, and July 04, 2025 (the "Period").
2. Recipients
The promotion is reserved exclusively for Site users subscribed to the Site's newsletter, whether consumers or professionals, who are already subscribed at the start of the Promotion or who subscribe during the Period (the "Users").
3. Participation Methods and Discount Codes
During the Period, Users can take advantage of the following discount codes, valid based on the shopping cart amount:
(i) PRESALE5: 5% discount for a shopping cart amount equal to or greater than €800.00.
(ii) PRESALE10: 10% discount for a shopping cart amount equal to or greater than €2,000.00.
The code must be entered at checkout by clicking on "Enter discount code." A field will open where users can type the discount code. Once entered, by clicking "Apply," they will confirm their intention to receive the discount. If the conditions are met, the discount will be automatically applied to the cart total and will appear with the label "Sconto presale 5%" or "Sconto Presale 10%," depending on the cart amount.
4. Limitations and Conditions
The discount is valid only on full-priced products and does not apply to already discounted items. The discount is not cumulative with other active codes, offers, or promotions. Only one discount code can be used per cart and only once. The promotion is valid only for purchases made online on the Site.
5. Modifications and Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion due to force majeure, technical problems, or organizational needs, while respecting the rights already acquired by consumers.

In case of conflict between these promotional conditions and the sales conditions, these promotional conditions shall prevail, limited to the duration and scope of application of the Promotion.
