Our warehouse will be closed for inventory from December 23 to January 2, and it will not be possible to make pickups or shipments during this period.

We guarantee order fulfillment by December 20:

• For bottle, jar, and accessory orders with payment received by December 6; 
• For screen printing orders with approved print files by November 15; 
• For box orders with approved graphics by December 6. 

In all other cases, orders will be fulfilled starting January 3, 2024.

Our offices will be closed on the following days:

• December: 6th, afternoon of the 20th, 24th, 26th, 30th and 31st 
• January: 1st and 6th 

Customer service will not be available during these days.
